…by which reasoning, if he only has high confidence to do risky things without the mental ability to effectively judge between options, then this attempt of his will probably fail dismally anyway… unless confidence by coincidence happens to be enough on its own… or the web represents him being able to tell what they would dare, and so choosing it as a good choice deliberately… given the premise, probably no problem either way. *curiosity about whether the effect on the individual is temporary or permanent*
