Also, where I live, the Jackaloupe also happens to be the name of a local hockey team, so I can have a nice chuckle at the image of Aegis fighting a mutant hockey team or something on an ice rink.
Jared, a family man? Never saw that coming. Please tell me Jared won’t be partnered with Marc, remarking that he’s too old for this s*it every time Marc pulls off an outrageous stunt.
I like that Jared is so concerned. Rikk honestly doesn’t get it, does he? He thinks he isn’t that important, and that they will eventually get too busy to try to heal him, and doesn’t realize that would be like…, heck, I don’t know. Letting down your favorite brother, or letting a personal hero die when you could have done *something* to save him
Moebius: We’ve known Jared had a family for a while–he first discusses them with Shanna when he says “I’ll see them when my term is up,” under the FIB’s policy.
Jesse: Which, interestingly, Rikk has done. The “saving a personal hero” part, I mean. Well, Rikk and all of them.
Ooh, a question mark! It’s about time. I hate knowing when we’re close or far from the end of a storyline; it helps narrow down the possible solutions to the problem. It’s like watching the clock while you watch a mystery TV show- unless it’s someone who’ll be really complicated to catch, they’re never going to find the killer in the first five minutes out of the hour, but they have to by the 57th minute or so, unless it’s going to be a two-parter.
(Nice work subverting the crap out of that in the last story, by the way!)

Jeez, the older daughter has a tiny waist for that bust. 0_0

Sly.
Please tell me Jackie comes back in this storyline. I will be happy.
I will also accept a Bob Saget cameo, only on the condition that he becomes a permanent member of aegis.
Bob Saget? PFT! Give me Bob Barker.

I always thought it was Dave Coulier that did the voice of the Jackalope?

Go home and be a family man, Jared.
