You know, I’ve always thought that some of the HAND, like Link, were kind of uninterestingbut something about that totally deadpan apology makes me crack up.
Man, Tiki Wiki is such a fan. But I agree with Morland, this explanation is believable considering what we’ve seen of him, but equally believable is that this is all BS he is feeding the Hand in order to eventually bring them down (nice use of strategic flattery, too)
@ Gundi. That and I like how he’s stroking his chin with one of his tendrils. It’s a typical super villain tendency. I’m more inclined to believe that Tiki Wiki has something up his sleeve, but I’m not sure if he’ll succeed or not. This was a last resort so it’s understandable, but if it fails all anyone will remember is that AEGIS was “betrayed” by the xenos, Tiki Wiki, and Rumy if the survivors of the bad day ever find out that she agreed to ally with them.
I don’t care if Tiki Wiki is just pretending to be a self-destructive nerd. Kill him. I don’t care if he ends up saving the day by himself. I’ve decided that I hate his stupid iGlasses and he needs to be executed because of it.
@ Slipdance. You know Tiki Wiki’s reason for taking Will’s skull might be for a production of Hamlet. I remember an old Tales from the Crypt where an actor who has a hard time getting parts because he doesn’t have the look and ends up getting killed and his skull used for that of Yorick.
Yeah, at least give him some clothes.
I’d buy this motive from Tiki Wiki. (continues to believe TW is tricking The Hand)

Tickle him, Oberf!!
Tiki Wiki in panel 3 reminds me of Cat in “Cat & Girl Comics”. And his face resembles a giant Tiki head of course.

This explanation would be too simple for this comic.
Tiki Wiki is up to something. Who does he work for, really? It’s neither Aegis nor the Hand, is it.

@Brasca: I can confirm that TW does have something up his sleeve.
Will’s skull. …what? Too soon?
Yes. Too soon.
Well done.

I’ve distrusted TW ever since he showed up… with that beard. That is a slim’s beard. Guy can’t be trusted.
