So I may as well take some time to discuss the covers. The first was a good idea, but disastrously executed: Shanna's expression is not clear at all, and Rumy's outfit was colored red for some reason. (I asked a student at the Savannah College of Art and Design to do it and never asked him for anything again!)
The second cover had kind of a movie-poster design to it, the third was a crowd scene with plenty of comedy (you want to be a little more obvious about that gun, Shanna?). Arlen's script on the cover is a reference to Harlan's script for The City on the Edge of Forever.
The fourth cover is my personal favorite, largely because it was colored by Lee Loughridge of Zylonol Studios, and because it's such a simple, striking design, easy to sell even at a great distance. Lee also colored our last two covers, but we'll get to those later.
