One wonders if that is the skull of the Alternate-Will, who was murdered by Alternate-Animal in the timeline whence came the “future idiots”, or if it’s that of our Will, from a future moment not yet known to any of us (save of course, Mr. Campbell).
I can think of nothing which would instantly encapsulate all that is AEGIS better to visitors than that. “This? Oh, this is my skull. From the future, after I’m dead. Welcome to AEGIS Headquarters.”
I agree with Ray. If that isn’t intended as Will’s own skull, I’m going to assume it is anyway. Too awesome (as well as representing Will’s acting of course).
“Okay, now to make an awesome puppet from my own skull. Then, I’ll start jumping alternate realities to start a collection. No one must know of my dark hobby.”
I think Will should combine Ray and Locke’s ideas and have an entire shelf of his own skulls from alternate timelines behind him so that recruits can look upon them with the appropriate dread.
Maybe a classy gold plate that reads: “Never forget the price of failure.”
“Alas, poor Will, I knew him, Will.”
The hell of it is, in a similar situation I’d be looking at the teeth to see whether I needed to move up my next trip to the dentist.

Or it could be the skull of Will’s father BULL.
Yes, Will. That’s the future, and it greets you with bare teeth. You might as well return the favor, and smile
That would be the best effin’ desk ornament ever.

It is certainly an amazing conversation piece!
And it ties the room together so well.

Ah, the continuity problem. Clones present such spiritually uncomfortable questions.

I have a skull on a shelf. We found it in my grandfather’s closet. We don’t know where it came from, because we didn’t ask.
It looks like this storyline is Locke’d down tight.
To Will or not to Will, that is the question.
I second Ray. Best paperweight ever.
So will is finally embracing his role as the head of the powerful AEGIS organization and the responsibilities that come with it.
So I get its his Will to power moment?
Now *that’s* a memento mori.
Maybe Will is an obsessive Oingo Boingo fan.
“Its a dead man’s party, leave your body at the door”
Nah, Will just raided Walky’s fridge =)

I really miss Marc. He had so much still going for him…
