Shanna's character design was "older" than Greg and I had expected and than I had been writing for, so we made the most of that here. We decided Shanna's style of dress and hair made her look as "mature" as she could manage, given her desire to be taken seriously. Will's comment here is the first time she's really, really facing any sort of downside to that look.
